I hate writing bios; I never know what to say. It’s why I quit online dating. (Well, that and the fact that the candidates were miscreants and browsing Pinterest from my couch seemed like a much better pastime). alI blame my inactive online dating life on that (not of course, on the fact that I consistently sabotage every potential match and solitude with my Netflix and plant is quite enjoyable).

Hi, I’m Taryn. I’m almost 34, have been dancing through midlife crisis for about 5 years, and my favorite color is pink. I love all things girly, but love to indulge in deep thought and conversation. My interests are eccletic to say the least, so naming my blog “A Collection of Erratic Emotions” made sense.

I mean, what else would embody me falling in love with a pair of shoes one day, and a war documentary the next? So, this is what my blog is, a digital diary if you will, containing whatever I want to talk about, whenever I want to talk about it (be forewarned: my interests aren’t the only ecclectic thing about me: sticking to a schedule is my kryptonite).

So, you’re cordially invited to spend your days snooping around my brain. I hope it’s as enjoyable for you as it is for me. And if it isn’t, lie to me and say it is. We can all benefit from a little delusion from time to time lol
